This Privacy Policy applies to SNL MYOB Bridge, an internal application operated by SNL Maintenance Pte Ltd.
SNL MYOB Bridge accesses Google Drive only for receiving authorized accounting import job files, moving those files through the application's processing folders, and uploading MYOB/ABSS import results, screenshots and AP import summary reports.
Data obtained through Google Drive is used only to perform the requested internal accounting workflow for SNL Maintenance Pte Ltd. The application does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising.
Google user data handled by the application is not shared with third parties except where required to provide the internal accounting workflow or where required by law.
Import jobs and result files may be retained in SNL Maintenance Pte Ltd's Google Drive for accounting, audit and operational record-keeping purposes. Local bridge files may also be retained on the company's authorized Windows PC.
Access to SNL MYOB Bridge is restricted to authorized users and systems. OAuth credentials and tokens are stored locally on the authorized Windows PC and should not be shared.
